Decided facts (not final wording)

• The mailbox is connected through Nylas (EU region) after the user signs in with their provider. Gmail is the launch provider. Up to 5 mailboxes.
• Signing in to Eono, granting read access, granting permission to send, and pressing Send on a draft are separate steps.
• Scans and background checks read receipts, renewal and trial notices, which can include correspondence with third parties. Background checks run without AI.
• Relevant message excerpts go to the AI provider handling the turn. Prompt-training opt-out is requested for these turns.
• Disconnect ends access at once and keeps the records already saved. Delete all data removes records and connections; chats stay.
