Subscriptions and Refunds

Plans and renewal

Decided facts (not final wording)

• Plans are Free, Pro and Max. Pro and Max renew every month, 3 months or 6 months. Pro monthly starts with a paid introductory week.
• Prices and the exact offer are shown in the app before payment. This site does not list prices.
• Users see their remaining balance only as a percentage of their plan’s limit, never as an amount of money.
• The limit refills on renewal.

For the lawyer

Pre-purchase disclosures, consent to renewal, price changes and notice, taxes, and the binding checkout step for each market.

Top-ups

• A top-up is a one-time purchase in one of three sizes. It needs an active plan, adds to the balance and never renews.
• One-click purchase with a saved card is offered where available.

Agent add-ons

• Some agents have their own subscription, separate from the Eono plan, renewing until cancelled. Their AI use is still counted against the Eono plan’s limit, as a percentage.

Cancellation

• Users cancel in Wallet → Manage subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store; Eono cannot cancel them.
• On account deletion, unused plan allowance and top-up balance are lost and not refunded automatically (owner decision, 6 November 2026).
